Class Schedule COVID-19 Changes
WE ARE OPEN FOR BUSINESS WITH THE FOLLOWING CHANGES:
In the interest of preparing and reinforcing the health care system with essential workers to provide QMAP care to our most vulnerable populations. we are offering our Full Online QMAP course with the testing portion being conducted through zoom, and our online QMAP refresher course with the testing portion being conducted through zoom.
Starting June 2021, we will be offering our In-Person 2-day QMAP Class on a limited schedule with smaller class sizes. We will continue to follow State and Boulder County COVID guidelines and adjust the In-Person QMAP schedule, as needed to be in compliance.
We are currently offering:
We will continue to offer our fully online option per a Waiver from the CDPHE. The required in-person Hands on Practicum Practice portion will be conducted at the start of every Zoom testing class to meet CDPHE Requirements. (see below waiver statement).
We have dropped the cost of our Full Online Course from $120.00 to $100.00, to help during this trying time. The Refresher Course is $45.00, and the QMAP must be listed on the CDPHE QMAP Registry to be eligible to take the Refresher Course.
Colorado QMAP Training is a CDPHE Approved Training Entity (ATE). We can offer this fully on-line format per a waiver granted to our company from the CDPHE.
